Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you. You can exercise any of these rights free of charge using the form below, or by emailing info@pawsandpace.co.uk.

Right of access

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, including how it is used and with whom it is shared. Also called a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR).

Right to rectification

Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. We'll update our records and, where applicable, notify any third parties.

Right to erasure

Request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for us to continue holding it — sometimes called the "right to be forgotten".

Right to restriction

Ask us to pause processing your data while we verify its accuracy, consider your objection, or where processing is unlawful but you don't want it erased.

Right to data portability

Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (e.g. JSON or CSV) and transfer it to another provider where technically feasible.

Right to object

Object to the processing of your data for direct marketing or where processing is based on legitimate interests. We will stop unless we can demonstrate compelling grounds.

We may need to verify your identity. To protect your data and prevent unauthorised access, we may ask you to confirm the email address registered to your Paws & Pace account before we process your request. We will never ask for more information than is strictly necessary.

Data Subject Request Form

Use this form to exercise any of your data rights listed above. We will respond within 30 calendar days of receiving your request.

Do not include sensitive personal data such as payment card numbers, passwords, or NHS numbers.

Lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)). Information submitted in this form is used only to process your request and is retained for a maximum of 3 years for audit and accountability purposes. We will respond within 30 calendar days. In complex cases we may extend this by a further two months, in which case we will notify you within the initial 30 days. You have the right to complain to the ICO if you are unsatisfied.
