Short version: We only use analytics cookies (Google Analytics), and only with your consent. We use localStorage — not a cookie — to remember your preference. You can change your mind at any time on this page.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, improve performance, or provide information to website owners. The UK's cookie law (PECR — Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003) requires us to get your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
2. Cookies we use
We use one category of cookies on this website: analytics. We do not use advertising, tracking, personalisation, or social media cookies.
Analytics cookies (consent required)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website — which pages are popular, how long people stay, and what devices they use. This helps us improve the site. These cookies are only set if you click "Accept analytics" on our cookie banner.

Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC in the United States. This transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Strictly necessary storage (no consent required)
We use your browser's localStorage (not a cookie) to remember your cookie consent preference so we don't ask you on every visit. This stores a single value (pp_cookie_consent) and contains no personal data. It persists until you clear your browser storage.
3. Cookies in the Paws & Pace app
The Paws & Pace mobile app does not use cookies. It uses Firebase Authentication tokens and Firestore, which are stored in secure app storage — not browser cookies. See our Privacy Policy for details on how the app handles your data.
4. Manage your cookie preferences
You can change your analytics cookie consent at any time using the panel below. Your current preference is shown, and you can accept or withdraw at any time.
You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking all cookies may affect website functionality. Browser help pages:
