Paws & Pace is currently in testing on Android and iOS ahead of our public launch. A web version is accessible at app.pawsandpace.co.uk. Join the waitlist at pawsandpace.co.uk to be notified when the apps go live.
You can sign in with your Google account or create an account using your email address. Sign In with Apple will be available on iOS.
Paws & Pace offers a free tier with core walk tracking, a Pro plan (ยฃ2.99/month or ยฃ24.99/year) with unlimited AI insights and breed detection, and a Pro Plus plan (ยฃ6.99/month or ยฃ59.99/year) with multi-photo breed analysis and personalised walking plans. On Android, go to Google Play โ Subscriptions โ Paws & Pace โ Cancel. On iOS, go to Settings โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions โ Paws & Pace โ Cancel. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same account used for the original purchase.
Walk history is filtered by the currently selected pet. Make sure you have a pet selected on the dashboard. If walks are still missing, check your internet connection โ walk data syncs from the cloud and requires connectivity on first load.
Upload a photo of your dog and our AI analyses their appearance to identify their breed or mix. It returns breed traits, energy levels, exercise needs, and health notes. Pro Plus users can upload multiple photos for a higher-confidence consensus result.
Yes โ on mobile, Paws & Pace uses background location tracking so your route is recorded even if you switch apps or your screen turns off. You will be prompted to allow background location access on first use.
Your data is stored securely and never sold to third parties. You can read our full Privacy Policy or submit a data access or deletion request at any time.
